Alex Wallbank
I have over 25 years experience working in the construction industry. I started out as a carpenter back in 1995 , I then progressed into a management roll and spent 15 years working for a specialist carpentry and joinery contractor S J Eastern project managing large multi million pound projects consisting of luxury houses , apartments and commercial buildings in and around central London.
After starting property developing a number of years ago in and around the Hertfordshire area, I found my passion of taking an existing property and completely transforming it.
Alongside transforming other peoples houses I also construct new build houses for resale and also offer a project management service for clients.
Since moving to North Cornwall in 2020 I am now offering a full project management service to help clients build their dream home, from help with design through to sourcing the best local contractors to build and complete the projects.
